We offer pet grooming services & dog boarding facilities. We also specialize in breeding Portuguese Water Dogs & Golden Retrievers.
Our facilities take over the expanse of just under one acre surrounded by trees and grass. We offer a large kennel run with lot’s of room for the dogs to get full exercise for the day.
We have a neat and well maintained fenced backyard so they can self exercise by playing tag, chasing each other, running after toys and chewing on bones.
We are well equipped to handle all sorts of personalities and will comfortably separate any dogs that prefer their own space.
Our Boarding Facilities
Jane’s journey with dogs began at 19 when she bought her first set of clippers and started grooming her own pups. She learned hands-on, sitting ringside at dog shows, studying the grooming styles of different breeds and chatting with experienced breeders to absorb all she could.
For over 25 years, Jane has been passionately breeding Portuguese Water Dogs and Golden Retrievers, dedicating herself to raising healthy, happy dogs. In 2005, she expanded her love for animals by opening a dog boarding service.
What truly sets Jane apart is her deep commitment to both her dogs and the families she places them with. Her goal is to bring joy and connection through the love of a dog—and she takes that role seriously. From puppyhood to senior years, Jane is always just a phone call away, offering support, care, and expert advice every step of the way.

Jenny has been a valued member of the Goldwater Kennels team for years, bringing warmth, patience, and a gentle touch to everything she does.
She’s especially known for her kind approach to tricky nail trims—wrapping nervous pups in a cozy towel for comfort instead of using force or muzzles. Her calm energy helps even the most anxious dogs feel safe and cared for.
Jenny also handles grooming and bathing with the same loving attention, making every dog feel pampered and at ease.
